Z793 Series Clamp Knife Gate Valve

Overview

This series of knife gate valve is my company design and development of a compact structure, long life, safe and reliable new knife gate valve. This series of knife-shaped gate valve is divided into two types of open gate valve and dark gate valve. In the design and manufacture, many innovative structures are adopted. The strength and stiffness of key components are checked by finite element analysis software to ensure the stable and reliable performance of this series of knife-shaped gate valves. Especially suitable for pipeline system with large amount of sediment.

This series of knife gate valves are small in size and light in weight.

When the channel is fully opened, the flow resistance coefficient is small, and the energy saving effect is obvious.

· The unique upper seal stuffing box design makes the upper seal safe, effective and durable.

· The operation mode of gate valve is modular design, which can realize manual, electric, hydraulic and other operation modes.

Scope of application

This series of gate valves are suitable for petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, energy, papermaking, electric power, textile, water supply and drainage, environmental protection and other corrosive, non-corrosive liquid, semi-fluid, gas pipeline system, for cut-off or flow regulation purposes.

Main structure, installation method and overall dimensions

· The DN50-DN350 operating mechanism can realize manual, electric, hydraulic, etc.

· ≥ DN400 gate valve due to the opening and closing valve stroke is long, the operating mechanism recommend use electric mode and hydraulic mode, do not recommend the use of manual operation mode.
