Overview

Definition and working principle

The center of the valve shaft of the double eccentric butterfly valve has been offset twice, both from the center of the butterfly plate and from the center of the valve body channel. This structural design enables the butterfly plate to quickly separate from the valve seat when the valve is opened, which greatly reduces the scratching phenomenon between the butterfly plate and the valve seat, reduces the opening resistance, reduces the wear, and improves the service life of the valve seat. Double eccentric butterfly valve by rotating the valve stem to drive the butterfly plate in the valve body rotation, so as to achieve the flow control of the medium. When the valve stem rotates, the butterfly plate rotates with it, changing the flow area of the medium in the pipeline, and then achieving the purpose of adjusting the flow.
